How do I roll back this new update is messing up everything I

My classes are going to be overbooked and I have big issues with the new update its telling I have
Edit Attendee Payment Record
An error occured. The primary attendee details could not be retrieved from the database.
this happens when I change the payment status from incomplete to complete and then hit the update button at the bottom of the screen. If this is something you have to work on please tell me how to rollback to previous version.

Hi there,
Do you have a backup of the files and database that was made before upgrading? If so you can roll back by restoring the files and database from the backup.

We’ve been testing the update payment status feature over the last few weeks and have not seen this issue. It would be good to know which version of Event Espresso had you updated from. Was this from a more recent of Event Espresso?

After your update yesterday my entire database is screwed up. I just printed a report and have the same name of one client in every cell. I have over 1000 people registered and schedule over the next 3 months for classes. WTF I need a call and I refuse to pay for a token to support this issue. This is a upgrade product issue. I may classes are going to be over booked I need support now. Call me ASAP if you don have my phone number email me for it.

Hi there,

I can assure you that the database is okay. There is a bug in the export function that is repeating the name, but this does not affect the data. If you look at the individual attendee records in the admin, you’ll see that the names are still there.

We have a fix for the export function issue and if you can send us WordPress admin credentials and FTP credentials, we can upload the fix to your server.

If you can, please send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

Josh Please call me I i am not sure how to give you that info can you please call to explain thank you or is this some that I can do from the back end of the system. You are correct the reports are messed up but if I click on one of the clients I see the correct name at the top of the title with the appoint ment ok but the name iand address and phone number in the enter felds are are the same person for a=every one listed. the reports have that same person in it. I can letlink to my machine to see what i am talking about
