Hi
We are a studentorgansiation and we have different types of events. So far I’ve been able to understand that EE can help me with most of them. But one event that we have do have some special requirements. What kind of addons do I need and can EE do this for me?
We have a 2-day party where people come and spend the night and eat, drink and play. I need to manage several kinds of tickets for this event whether they want to sleep in dorm and if they want to join the sittning or if they want to attend any of the other activities that have a limited amount of places.
I want to be able to let a team-leader book a team of his friends from another school. Here they have the option of choosing a type of ticket (either the same for the entire group or separate per member, doesn’t really matter) like A, B or C to this ticket they should have the option of purchasing additional activities (like activity D and E for each team-member) for an additional fee.
For an example there are 200 tickets for type A, 100 for type B and 50 for type C and 70 places for each of the additional activities.

Also I was wondering if you can make the teamleader add more information than the rest of the participants?
I.e I need phonenumber and adress of the team-leader and name of the team but I don’t need this information for every member of that team.

We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso.
It is possible to set up Event Espresso to allow a team leader to register a group, but not add additional activities to individuals within the group.
Yes, you can require more information from the team leader than the rest of the group.
