How do I get support when purchasing support token?

Hi-

Over the weekend I purchased a support token, but there’s no way when purchasing the token to indicate when I need support (which is ASAP), so I assumed that someone would contact me, but I’ve heard nothing. Could you explain how this works please?

Hello Jacqueline,

You should have received an email notification with more information on getting started.

When you purchase a support token, its linked to your Event Espresso account. Here is how to activate your priority support request:

Go to your account page here:

https://eventespresso.com/users/cresa/

Then scroll down and you’ll see an option like this:

Click on the link and complete the form to send us your information privately.
