I need to sell a display table that includes 2 attendees – therefore I need 2 names and contact information — if I sell 1 ticket (a display table) and a free ticket for 2nd attendee then the public can click on the free ticket and no one will buy the general admission 🙂 It would also apply to buy a ticket to this show and get a different ticket to the VIP reception. Thank you

Hi Lauren, you can setup a ticket / pricing option bundle via the ticket editor:

This is easy for multiple of the same item, thank you. My problem is that I need them to be able to buy a table for $175 and it comes with 2 general admission tickets for free (tickets are normally $15 each) therefore we need the names and contact information for both the table registrant and the 2nd person attending. How would I modify the bundle to do that?

Hi Lauren,

I would create a ticket for $87.50, which has a Minimum Quantity of 2 and a Max Quantity of 2, something like this: http://take.ms/yytUE

That will then show as $175 of the front end. I also added the fact it includes 2 general admission tickets to the ticket name so it’s clear to the customer.

This will also only take the details for 2 people.

Let me know if you have any questions.
