We are currently working with a client that has online zoom events and we are using event espresso to take care of registrations and limiting the number of participants. They have 5 offices, each with an event coordinator. Each event we have on EE has the registration set up so it goes to one of the event coordinators. This set up works well for when someone signs up for a single event. The issue I am having is when a participant signs up for multiple events, the notification goes to our email and not to the event coordinator.
I went into Settings>General Settings and updated the Primary Contact Email to the head of the events, but we are still receiving the notifications. I know I am probably missing a very obvious answer, but I am having difficulty finding it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
When a user registers onto multiple events in a single group registration the ‘Default Message Templates’ are used.
So, if you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates.
Assuming its the ‘Registration Approved’ message, you can edit the template there and set the address but clicking on the ‘Edit Registrant’ link for that message type and change the details on the template.
