Hi there, just in the process of creating a new website for our business and have it on a test domain at the moment.
I was wondering if you could let me know how to get the text/images on first page in the ticket process to display wider (so it lines up with the edge of the logo in the header and the last letter in the email address).

Obviously I can adjust the width of other pages on this new site, I just don’t know how to do it for Event Espresso items.

Hi BG,
Any controls for adjusting the width of a post or page would be provided by the WordPress theme. If you go to edit this hello world post does the theme give you controls to adjust the width of the post?

Hi the options showing layout options, header style, header elements, etc doesn’t appear when clicking directly to the wordpress tab such as:

The only way I can sort of get around it is if you passed the shortcode into a new page [ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=433]
How when you do it that way, it only pulls in the ticket selection part and not the text/video/images in the body, or the venue address details/map.

I have pasted in a new header and video separately but can you not type something on the end of the shortcode to avoid repetition.

If you contact the theme author/support they may be able to help. If they can’t help, then if you can send us a copy of the theme we can investigate why it’s not allowing changing those items within the event editor and possibly offer a fix for the theme.
