Hi there,

I want to add tshirt options for each individual attendee in my conference. I have the question set up but it’s not showing up in my form.

When you say you have it set up, do you mean you have tue custom question created?

Have you assigned the question to a group?

And are you requesting that group on the event? I’m assuming with a T-shirt question you want it in a group that is requested for all registrants?

I want to only have the “Attendee Acknowledgement” appear only once at the very end of the form. Any thoughts?

Hmm, we currently don’t have a way to set the question to load at the very end. You can set it to load within the primary registrant questions so that it only shows once but that will show at the end of the ‘first’ group of questions, not the whole form.

Can you link me to your event so I can take a look?

Hi steve,

Yes, you will want to create the questions (if you haven’t already), and add those questions to a question group (new or existing), then edit your event and click the groups of questions you want for Primary or Additional Attendees.

Hi there,

It looks like you don’t have a Group name set on your question group(s).

Hover over where the name should appear and click the edit button to edit that group.

Set the ‘Group Name’ to be something relevant for the questions you’ll be storing in that group: https://monosnap.com/file/extRbTM2RbV8PNOvRKZvq85aW84XQm

The name you set on the group should then show in the event editor when selecting groups.
