We have a scenario where PA might be making a booking to purchase 10 seats to an event for her company. However, she may not actually be attending, but will be the logged in user. Any experience on how we can handle this for our clients to give them easy access to book and maintain bookings for her organisation?
Currently, Event Espresso cannot be set up to allow a logged-in user to manage ‘others’ registrations
The WP Users add-on only pulls registrations linked to the currently logged in users linked contact, the registration made on behalf of others will not be linked to that contact.
You can set it up to allow the user to add registrations for others buy using custom questions to collect the ‘coordinator’ details (the person making the bookings) but that would the apply to all registrations made on the site meaning a registrant booking for themselves would need to input their details twice.
