How can I upload hidden events for our back end use only, without them displaying on the calendar? I want to upload our private lessons to our calendar as well but I don’t want them to be displayed publicly on out calendar.

Also, I am in the middle of moving over my pre registered attendees from my old calendar. How do I get them signed up on the new calendar without them receiving an email that they have not paid.

Hi there,

When you input the event information you can set the Visibility option to Private (located in the box on the upper right corner of the event editor page).

How do I get them signed up on the new calendar without them receiving an email that they have not paid.

You click on the Registrations link that appears below the event name in Event Espresso > Events, then you click on Add New Registration. After you input their information, you’ll uncheck the box next to “Send Related Messages?”.

Under each event it neglects to show that I have anyone registered because these customers were manually transferred with no payment, therefor showing as incomplete. How might I fix this?

You set those registrations to have Status = Approved. You can do this in bulk by going to Event Espresso > Registrations and use the Bulk Actions selector.
