How can I give reports to the non-techie website owner?

Hello my friends,

I’d like to email (or better have the site automatically email) ticket sales reports on a daily basis to the site owner.

If not that, I’d like to add a shortcode to a page, password protect it, and have site owners view that page to see ticket sales.

Please help me get this done so I don’t have to keep logging in, copy and pasting ticket sales info, from different pages, into emails and sending them.

Thank you,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Event Espresso doesn’t have any of the functionality you are requesting so you would need some custom development from a developer to get this done.

The ticket sales info is available within the event itself, we don’t output those details via a shortcode so to do that via the front end will require custom development.

Ticket sale details are not available within the message shortcodes so adding an additional email will also require custom development to pull the relevant data in.

If you are not currently working with a developer we have a list of some that are familiar with Event Espresso here:
