How can a customer complete a payment after registering?

Hello, we have customers who have completed registration. Currently they get an email using the email template “Registration Pending Payment”. That email template only provides a link directing the customer back to the registration page and not a page to allow them to complete payment.

Is there a link that directs registered customers directly to the payment page?

I see that there is an email template “Payment Reminder” but I can’t figure out how to send that email to a specific customer??

Hi there,

You trigger the Payment Reminder in the transaction linked to the registration.

Go to Event Espresso -> Registrations.

Find the registration in question and click on the ‘TXN Date’ for that registration (or edit the registration as normal an you’ll see a ‘View Transaction’ button in there).

However, the Pending Payment email should already contain a link that allows them to pay. Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on to view this?
