Hi,
Whats the best way to add a Title to the Payment Page (page 2 of registration). I would like to add a hook above the form to make it say “Billing Address”. Right now there is no title. I am using Braintree for the checkout this form.
(page 1 of registration has the titles for personal information and Address Information, which I believe are through the group questions)
Also, on the Payment Page the first part of the form looks like all of my other forms however the bottom part of the form is completely different for the credit card area. Is there any way to make the credit card area look like me other forms on the page? I haven’t had any luck with editing the css in the child theme for the credit card area.

Please use this updated solution instead:

Change the heading (e.g. h1) to match your heading. Then update the text that should appear.
It can be added to your child theme’s functions.php file or a site specific plugin.
