Hiding Question Values

Hi,

We have a custom question which asks Do You Require Course Materials?” using Radio buttons for the answer and we have the values set to 1 with a description Yes and 0 with a Description of No.

Is it possible to hide the values being displaying on the registration page, so that it just has the Description beside the Radio Button Answers?

Hello,

I looked at the markup for a radio question and the value itself can’t be hidden. However the description can.
