Hi

I have used a plugin to hide content from specific users so they dont accidentally click on areas of the site

I would like to be able to disable the admin bar for a particular user – this has Event Espresso on it (along with a couple of other links)

Is there a way to disable this for one particular user as in remove the whole of the admin bar?

Thanks

Hi Jonathan,

There is an option to show/hide the admin bar within the users account settings.

https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/remove-the-wordpress-admin-toolbar/

Switch to the account and set I check that option to remove the admin bar on that account.

As far as I am aware, you can not remove the toolbar from within the Dashboard, only the front end.
