Hi,

If you are referring to the Events Profile Information section of the Profile page (via WP User Integration), then adding this to your themes functions.php file or your custom functions plugin if you have one will stop that from appearing

remove_action('show_user_profile', 'event_espresso_show_extra_profile_fields');
