Hide Times but not Dates from Registration Accepted Email

Our event is set up so that people buy tickets to a specific timeslot (the event goes from 8am to 2pm but people register for a ticket for a specific 15-minute time slot).

On the Registration Approved email message that goes to the registrant or primary registrant, it lists the full date/times for the event which may be confusing to users who signed up for a specific time. I see a way to remove the entire dates/times from the confirmation email but is there a way to leave the date and just remove the time (8am-2pm)?

Hi there,

Normally the email will only show the date and time they signed up for, unless that’s been customized. May I ask can you post a link to event page? It may be the tickets are not set up to connect with a specific datetime so the email shows all the datetimes.

I think that the problem is that the official event if 8:00-2:00. Are you saying that I need to create individual datetimes as well as individual tickets so that specific (timeslot tickets) are connected to specific date/times?

It looks like you’ve already created the datetimes (they’re hidden with CSS, but they’re all there in the source) You will need to connect each datetime to its corresponding ticket though.

Thanks Josh, I took your advice and will test this now that I have things set up as corresponding datetimes and tickets. Thanks for your help!
