Hide Tags from breadcrumbs

Currently the breadcrumbs are generated as follows:
Page -> events -> tags -> event

I do not want to have the tags in the breadcrump. I want something like:
Page -> events -> event

Hi there,

Breadcrumbs are added by your WordPress theme, so you’ll make some edits to your WP theme’s functions files to remove those tags there.
