EE4 new install. We want to hide the date field on our Events page but can’t figure out how or where to do this. See the image link below. We want the image to display but not the date over it. Is this as simple as a checkbox somewhere or do I need to update the css or template php file? If the latter, which one?

Hi Tammy,

This looks like your WordPress theme is adding the posted on date over the top of the image. There may be a theme option to turn it off, or you can use CSS to hide it, or modify the theme’s post template and remove it. If you’re not sure where the posted on date code is, the theme developer will know.

If they’re not able to help, we can show you how to hide it with CSS if you can post a link to the page in question.

Thanks Josh. I saw that on Chrome Developer Tools and thought it was wrong. Weird. I’ll handle it on that stylesheet then.
