Is there a way to remove pending payments and abandoned checkouts from my registrations and from the check-in app? We have a large volume of attendees and this is really cluttering our view. It is also creating an extra step to sort in the check-in app to get to approved attendees only. We don’t have any use for this information especially since pending is not an option for us. I understand that attendees can go back without re-entering info., but in our case the info. is so short that it doesn’t matter.
When you’re in the check-in app you click All, then click Approved and the list will only show Approved registrations.
If you prefer to not do the extra tap in the app, you can go to Event Espresso > Registrations and trash all of the unapproved registrations by using the bulk Trash action.
