Help with Error – process-registration/add_attendees_to_db.php on line 403

I am getting the following Error. Any help is greatly appreciated. EE has been working fine for me in the past, just recently (today) I received the following:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/chippewa/domains/chippewa.ca/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/process-registration/add_attendees_to_db.php on line 403 and defined in /home/chippewa/domains/chippewa.ca/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990

when trying to register for this event: http://www.chippewa.ca/event-registration/?ee=9

Please help!
