Hello EE4 Reps,
I need help to figure out how to add the short code to messages that will give the “Sponsor Company” answer. I believe this used to just be the “Company” answer to the primary registrant questions. We renamed it “Sponsor Company”
I tried this and it didn’t work.
Here and here are where the question is applied.

Hi Laura,
I know you’ve mentioned you have it working, but just for future readers the ANSWER_* shortcodes, such as [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*] shortcode takes the ‘question text’ after the * for whichever question you want to pull the answer for and it must match exactly.
The format for the shortcode is:
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*{question_text}]
So if your question text in this example is ‘Sponsor Company’, the shortcode would be:
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Sponsor Company]
If it was ‘SpOnSoR CoMpAnY?’
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*SpOnSoR CoMpAnY?]
(Why you would use the above? I have no idea, but point being it must match exactly 🙂 )
As that shortcode is specifically for the primary registrant, it will only pull the answer from the primary registrant of a group.
