I have a current active license for Espresso mail chimp integration but got an error message trying to update. Error message says:

“You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Mailchimp but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

My site is “lafamiliamedicina.com”- same as it ever was and was never changed to any other domain. Why am i getting this message now?

Hi,

There could be many reasons for the error message. Do you have a developer versions of the site? If so please make sure your license key is not active on that version of Event Espresso also.

Your license key has been reset, if you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Remove the key (cut), save the options, replace the key (paste) and re-save the options once more.

That should resolve the issue.

There is an automatic update for Espresso Recurring available but your Site License Key has not been set. Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key. You can locate your license key from your account on the Event Espresso website.

There is an automatic update for Espresso Mailchimp available but your Site License Key has not been set. Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key. You can locate your license key from your account on the Event Espresso website.

Is the site part of a Multi-Site network?

Could you send us log-in details so we can investigate this further?

If so please use https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Hello,

I sent you a response through email yesterday regarding my site issues with EvEs updates.

I provide you with account access information.

Today, i noticed that i am unable to access my Dashboard (despite being logged in to my home page). When choosing he dashboard link, it resolves to a blank screen. As with all other links into dashboard pages.

Can you explain what you did?

Hi,

The only changes made by myself was to remove the license within Event Espresso -> General Settings. Save the settings. Replace the key and Save the settings once again.

You could try enabling WP_DEBUG and see if any errors are displayed.
