Help, please… Payment status shows incomplete after successful payment

The registration seems to be working great, and I’m getting a notice from PayPal that the payment was successful, but the Attendee Reports admin section shows the Payment as “incomplete”. To confuse things further, this didn’t happen with every registrant, some do show complete. Also, I’m not getting registrant notifications consistently… sometimes it comes through, but most of the time, not. I’m using a Themify theme. The url is cmdss.org. The client’s event is in two weeks, please let me know asap! Thanks in advance!
