HELP!! Please!! Payment Mijireh not working, they said to check with you…

Hi,

Here is my setup: I’m using Mijireh for the payment gateway with Skipjack. And no matter what I do I get an error message when I check out. The error message is very broad with no detail. I wrote into the support forum with Mijireh and this is what they said:

That message is coming back from your payment gateway. We send all the information to the payment gateway for processing, if the transaction fails then they will respond with some text about the failure, and we display it on the web page. You will have to contact your payment gateway about what this message means and how to resolve it.

Hi, I am trying to link WordPress/Event Espresso with Mijireh with
Skipjack. Somewhere along those lines something isn’t working because when
I try to puchase a ticket…I just get this error message: Whoops! Please
fix the problems below: Order failed: I am NOT using woocommerce, but am
using Event Espresso through my wordpress site to sell tickets. Please let
me know what the problem may be. I only have 1 more day until these tickets
are supposed to go live!!! ”

I know that possibly this is not your area, but I would really appreciate if you could take a look and see what might be happening-just to rule out that it is not anything on Event Espresso’s end. I feel like in these situations every different company tells me it’s another company’s fault and I’m just running in circles…any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi,

That’s quite a broad error message coming back from Mijireh, which makes it really hard to pinpoint the issue.

Did any other errors come up?

Have you tried enabled WP_DEBUG to see if any errors come up?

Have you double checked that your Access key in the Event Espresso > Payment Settings > Mijireh ?

Have you made sure that your Mijireh account is in order and set up correctly?

Can Mijireh provide any more information about the error message? (Whoops! Please
fix the problems below: Order failed) — Also was there anything after the Order failed bit?

If it is something EE related we will be more than happy to assist you but of course we need to figure out what the actual issue is first.
