Hi! I am with a church who is looking to possibly use your program for small group sign ups. I just went through the feature descriptions and it looks like this is pretty close to what we need but wanted to touch base with someone to make sure our needs can be met with your system. We are looking to allow church members to sign up for small groups online. Here are some of our specific needs. We would probably have between 20 and 30 groups which I am thinking would need to be treated as separate events all occurring on the same day? In the event description we need to have the option to post a picture of the leaders and the following information leader name, time of group, location, and description of group. I see that you provide all of the customizable ability that word press allows I am just wondering how intense it would be to create an event with this information and if it would require CSS and HTML. I am also wondering if with the information I have given if there would be a different way to to set it up then doing individual events for each group. Last question for now :), I see that you charge for support. If a license is purchased, are we still required to pay for support? Thank you for your help! Alicia

Hi Alicia,

Those are some great questions. I’ll try answer them one at a time below:

That makes sense because you can limit the registrations for each group to a specific number and give each group sign up its own description and form.

In the event description we need to have the option to post a picture of the leaders and the following information leader name, time of group, location, and description of group. The WordPress editor takes care of most of the HTML, but if you needed to do some fancy layouts, then you’d likely need to add some CSS styling.

I am also wondering if with the information I have given if there would be a different way to to set it up then doing individual events for each group.

It think it would be a good to set up each group as an event, unless you didn’t need to set limits for each group.

Last question for now , I see that you charge for support. If a license is purchased, are we still required to pay for support?

The license is a support license that entities you to support for one year, and that includes access to the documentation and software updates. The support included with the support license is provided here in forums. If you require priority support where you cannot wait for a forum reply (we try to respond within 24-48 hours) we charge $65 for up to 30 minutes of priority support.
