HELP! EVENT ESPRESSO DISAPPEARED

I was working on an event, I reloaded the page and event espresso is gone from my wordpress dashboard. It doesnt vent show as a plug in anymore! I am not tech savy and I need this system to run my business. Please help

Hi there,

It appears that this topic was marked resolved, was that by mistake?

In any case, it appears that the site connected to your support license is currently running EE4 decaf. You can upgrade your site to the caffeinated by following these steps:

1) You go to your WordPress Dashboard,
2) You go to Event Espresso > General Settings and input your license key if it’s not already set there
3) Click the save button
4) Follow the prompts to update to the caffeinated version.
