That’s it. Put in name/email and click proceed, the screen refreshes to the same screen, over and over, for every event we have!
Please help, we’re losing money every minute!!

There are a few possible causes to this issue. You can rule these out one by one:
1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme.
2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins.
It may also help to turn on debug mode. You can set wp_debug to true by editing the wp-config.php file.
You can use an [FTP client][1] and [a text editor][2] to access change this line to the site’s wp-config.php file:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

Which event can I check that has a form to fill out? The reason I ask is because I checked and it looks like most events on your website have the Display Ticket Selector option set to No.

Well, the event in question was https://lauritawinery.com/events/laurita-irish-festival-august-2016/ – but it seems the issue has worked itself out because I’m able to complete the transaction now.
