I;m having trouble getting this to work. I purchased the upgrade and its not accepting the site key I enter. Please help! redacted – LOC

Hi Elizabeth, I’ve removed your contact information as our support forums are semi-public. Next, support is provided in our support forums. Phone support is available but that requires the purchase of a support token.

With that mentioned, I think we can help you here.

First, the key ending in FREE can’t be used for the regular software. You would need to use your other support license key ending in 35:

https://eventespresso.com/users/20zachary21/#account-settings

Next, the site appears to be activated at this time.

Could you let us know what isn’t working?
