HELP! 2nd question group not appearing

I created a new event. Then I did this…

  • created new question group
  • created new question
  • assigned new question to new group only
  • added the new question group to the new event

In the new event I have added 2 question groups –

  • the standard reg form that applies to all events.
  • the new question group created (above) which is only for this new event

But the new question group will not appear. It’s not a caching issue.
Any idea what’s up?

Hi,

May I ask in which of the two metaboxes did you select the new question group? Was it the box “Questions for Primary Registrant” or was it “Questions for Additional Registrants”?

Josh – do you mean in the event itself? I have 4 question groups available..

Personal Information
Losing Control questions (new event)
Address Information
Additional Registration Info.

…you’re making me wonder if Ive got some settings wrong…?!!

Ok – I think Ive got it – ‘Questions for primary registrant’ was not checked in my screen options so it wasn’t appearing in my event admin. Seems to be working now.
