HELP I cannot configure the plugin

I sell tickets to a sporting spectacle on website (3000 seats available each night) for two nights in the same room.

There are four categories of tickets (1,2,3 and 4) and for each category, there are three PRICES (adults, children and groups)

People can choose their place.

I can not configure the plugin. What do you recommend?

What exactly are you having trouble configuring? What add-ons are you using?
