I am trying to make a purchase. When I click on the “BUY NOW” button, the background of my website greys out and nothing else happens. I have tried it in Firefox 14, and IE 9 on my PC. I made sure that the pop-up blockers were turned off. I have also tried it on my iPad. No joy. Thank-you.
