Having trouble adding extensions

I have bought the Everything Support License and installed it on r3medicaltraining.com successfully. However, I cannot add any of the extension plugins. I keep getting this message: Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help me with this.

Hi,

A 406 error happens because of a restriction on your website’s server. You can check with your web host and let them know you were trying to install a plugin for WordPress, and got a 406 error. They may need to adjust the modsecurity rules or turn off modsecurity.
