Hi there.

I have a multi-attendant registration form and I want one single “I accept the terms” checkbox that is required to be checked at the end of the form.

I can add a question group for the primary registrant but then it appears in the middle of the form, not at the end.

Any idea how to have the terms question at the bottom of a multi-registrant form?

Many thanks,
Bruce.

Hi Bruce,

You could create a new question group and assign that terms and conditions question to it. Be sure that the question is set to required.

Then set the priority for this question group to a high value (Event Espresso 3) or drag and drop it so it appears last in Event Espresso 4. This step will ensure that it appears at the end of your registration forms.

Then you can go to each event through the event editor and enable this question group (bottom right area of event editor).

Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for your reply, I put the question into its own group and had it at the bottom of the primary registrant list, but it still put it at the top of the additional registrant’s. what I was wanting was:

[primary registrant questions]
[Additional registrant questions]
[Additional registrant questions..n]
[Accept our terms and conditions question]
[Submit button]

I’ve found a solution through, using JQuery to move the question group to the end on page load.

But if you have any other (cleaner) ways to achieve the same, I’d love to hear.

Many thanks,
Bruce.

Hi Bruce,

There really isn’t a way to do that right now. The questions are attached to attendees, so it would have to be with the Primary attendee or all of them (which is obviously not suitable).

Another option would be to add in a separate checkbox to the template itself so it is outside the questions entirely (and therefore will not be saved as data), but this may be more coding work than you have already done.
