Hi there FIREENTGROUP how are you today?

The batch message type wasn’t actually intended to be used for sending payment reminders with payment links. There is a planned add-on that will make it so you can set up automated payment reminders to be sent out for all pending payment registrations for an event. This feature is already planned to get into the pipeline so no voting necessary, but we’d love to get your feedback/ideas if you’d like comment on its trello card:

In the meantime before that’s available you can use the bulk actions feature of the registrations list table to send out payment reminders in bulk. Here’s how you do that:

1) You go to the Event’s registrations list table in the wp-admin. If there are more than 10 registrations with a Pending Payment status, you can click on the Screen options tab and adjust the registration pagination count to a higher number
2) Click Select Status > select Pending Payment > then click Filter
3) Click the checkbox on the top of the table to select all
4) Click the Bulk Options selector and select Set registrations to Pending Payment and Notify then click Apply

Since the registrations were already “Pending Payment” the status will not actually change, and they’ll get an email that informs them their registration is still pending payment and the email can include a link to make a payment.
