Hello,
I see that I can add a handling fee to ticket sales. (add x% on top of the ticket cost.)
I want to be able to let users of my site post there own event and ticket details an I know I need the roles pro plug in for that.
But can I force the handling fee to be added, or does it have to be added manually for each event? So as each user (not employees) enter an event the % I specify is added automatically?

Hi Russell,
This is possible by setting a global handling fee in the general settings page of Event Espresso within the WordPress dashboard:

Once this is in place, any new events with automatically have the surcharge/handling fees added through the event editor.
