I had a guest (Amanda) rsvp for an event on Dec 1. She had to give us her address, phone number, email, pickup location and choose a dinner. After that date ANYONE who rsvp’d for any event (related to the one Amanda rsvp’d for or not) would show their correct name, but their email, address, phone number pickup location and dinner choice was what Amanda rsvp’d for on that day of Dec 1. Unfortunately I did not notice this until now since clicking the ATTENDEES tab shows guests names, but I now have no way of contacting them back since all their contact info is Amanda’s. What a mess. I deleted Amanda’s rsvp and put her back in manually and it seems to be working ok now. What happened? How do I prevent this again? This is very devastating as I have hundreds of folks whom rsvpd for different events and they are all showing the wrong information and I have no way of contacting them back. I had this occur once before but it was only a registries phone number. Also I do not know if it is related, but about the same time of Dec 1st, whenever I EDIT and event it removes the events name and I have to retype it each time. Any ideas? my website is http://www.LivingAdventureTours.com I am running EE version 3.1.28.3.P. I have not been able to do the update as it appears a little beyond my skill level.

Hello Vaughn,

I’m sorry that this is happening, it is a known bug and was resolved as quickly as we could. As of 3.1.29 this bug has been fixed.

The resolution to this is in updating the plugin. This can be easily done via the Plugin page where it should show an update request and you can click the update button to install the new version.

Of course we always recommend backing up your database before updating any plugin.

If you are uncertain about any of this, then I would recommend contacting your web designer/developer to do it for you.

Thanks Dean. I did the update- hope all will be well in the future. If it is helpful to anyone else, I receive emails when guests have confirmed their events, and these emails DO show the correct info. Seems I will have to manually go back through the emails and adjust everything but the good news is- it is still available to me. If any other users have lost the same info due to not updating in a timely manner- go back to your emails as the info is in there.

Hi, glad its functioning.

One other thing to anyone reading this, Backup your database regularly and ideally before updating any major plugin.
