Groupon suddenly not working

Voucher codes are not being parsed correctly with the database is my guess. I’m not an expert by any means here so I have no clue whats really causing this. Here’s a sample voucher code, try it: 20002000

I need help with this soon, I’m having to manually confirm peoples registration after they call me all confused.

Hi Brian,

Do you have the latest version of Groupon add-on installed? You’ll need to update to the latest version of Groupon if you have not already done so.

One other thing, we just found a bug in that affects the attendee record editor. We will be releasing an update very soon. In the meantime, please do not manually update the attendee data in the admin until we have the version out and your site has been updated.

Still not working after installing the new event espresso update and groupon integration update this morning. Interesting. I was really hoping this would fix the issue.

Never mind, I got it working, the Groupon plugin actually failed to install so i manually deleted its folder via ftp app and installed groupon plugin again this time with successfull activation and the system now registers attendees properly with voucher codes.

Good Job on the “hot fixes” Seth and all.
