My groupon codes are working and it takes people through registration like a 100% discount does however it doesn’t subtract the discount from the total on the confirmation page. It says (Discount of “xxx” applied) next to the total price in the table however it isn’t showing $0 for the total, it is still showing the original price. However if you confirm it will process as if the total was $0. Any suggestions to fix this? Thanks.

Also the csv import isn’t working. I created a csv in excel with discount code in A and name in B. I add the file and press upload and it just takes me to a blank page. Should these items show up in the code list on the main screen after being uploaded?

I’ve created a ticket for one of the developers to fix the issue with the way the total isn’t displayed as calculated on the the confirmation page. It should say $0.
The csv import is for importing events, and it doesn’t have the capability to upload groupon (or regular promo) codes.
Groupon codes can be uploaded via the phpMyadmin interface. Seth walks though how to do this in this video:

Josh any word on the first issue with the non- $0 total? Any way I can fix this manually? I am running the deal today and would like to have this resolved.

It’s not quite finished, but I can send you what we have if you’d like to test. Since there are several core functions that were modified in addition to the groupon add-on to fix this, it might be simpler if I send you the zipped up plugins for now.

I believe I did, note that we are still working out a few bugs with the groupon/discount codes, and we will be releasing an update when we get this sorted.

These were resolved in the last round of bug fix releases. You’ll want to make sure to have the latest versions of Event Espresso, the wp user integration/members add-on, and the groupon add-on.
These are available to download on your account page. Or set the site license key in Event Espresso>General settings for automatic update notifications.

Is the newest version 1.5.2? Wasn’t sure because I currently have 1.6 installed.

The latest versions are on the account page. Groupon integration v1.5.2 is the current stable release of the groupon add-on.
