HI there
Sorry if this issue hs been addressed – if so, please accept my apologies and direct me that thread please.
I have the latest version of EE & Groupon addon installed, but now I get a message after completing the registration form indicating tbat registration is pending due to incomplete payment, even though the voucher code was inserted.
My previous cersion of EE was 1.1.15 ( I know- Im lazy for updates)and the system worked 100%. Voucher codes are corectly loaded on my side, so I cant understand why suddenly a voucher code is not accepted as method of payment. Any ideas?

If you’ve updated from Event Espresso 3.1.15, you’ll want to make sure that there are no template files from the older version in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates, as well as old gateway files in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways.
If you had made changes to the templates, merge these changes into the newer templates that are included with the new version of Event Espresso.

After upgrading, my calendar did not want to display correctly, so I deleted everything involved with EE, just keeping the latest versions. After I had done this, everything worked 100% except for this voucher issue. I checked on FTP, and all my files correlate and there is no previous versions of anything left. The only change I made was to change the “insert Groupon code here” to “If you have a voucher, insert the code here” on the registration page. – that took me 3 days to figure out, so I’m pretty stupid with this stuff. Any other ideas?

Hi there, I deleted the Groupon version i had and redownloaded the entire plugin. All is sorted out, thanks!!
