WP 3.4 EE 3.1.3.5P Current install reg page http://www.propertyapprentice.co.nz/event-registration/?ee=47 I have turned off group registrations for the above event (to get around multiple ticket pricing issues) but it disables the information fields on the registration page. They are there but the user cannot select them to enter their info. If I turn on the group registrations i’s fine.

Hi Adam,
I’m looking at the page source, and it looks like the registraiton_page_display.php template has been modified to an extent where there’s some divs that have been removed, and even duplicated. Here’s one example:
<div class="event_espresso_form_wrapper event-data-display ui-widget-content ui-corner-bottom">
<div class="event_espresso_form_wrapper">
Normally there should only be one of those. Can you try using a fresh copy of the registration_page_display.php template and see if that makes a difference?
