I am looking to sell tickets for a charity golf tourney. Typical registration is 4 players, so I am creating a group sale for 4 tickets for the team. So I would like to get each player’s information.
I am having difficulty setting up the max/min to show a single 4 ticket selection in the drop down for the qty. It only shows 0. I have changed the max/min to 0/4 and they show 1-3, also 4/8 and it showed 0.

Hello,
You are looking for a minimum of 0 (zero) and then a maximum of 4. That should default to a selection of 0 and then allow 4 to be selected which represents a team of players.
You mentioned that you tried that and it was showing something unexpected.
Could you go ahead and update it again along with the limit and then save changes?
What do you then see when you try to select it?

Sorry, maybe I am not giving enough information or misstated what I was looking for.
I would like to sell blocks of tickets (4 tickets) and I need to collect information about each of the attendees of those 4 tickets. So how do I set the max/min to only sell a block of 4 tickets? My assumption would be to offer a max/min set at 4/4.
How should I set up the tickets for the group (4 people) where I can collect all 4 people’s information and have them calculate the total ($600 = 4 x $150)?

I solved the issue. I didn’t realize there was a max ticket selection. That was causing the tickets to not show a total of 4 when it was set at 3.

Thank you for letting us know, I’m glad you found the problem.
For any future readers of this thread, the event editor has a ‘Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event’ option, this setting overrides any additional settings for individual tickets as if that option is set it the max amount of tickets that can be selected in a single instance.
