green empty box shows up on mobile devices when trying to purchase tickets

Our site uses the Envato theme from theme forest. It is updated to its latest version. All of our plugins are updated to their latest version. When our patrons try to purchase tickets on their mobile devices, they get an empty box outlined in green, and they cannot proceed from there. I have a screenshot if you would like it.
