We keep trying on a fresh install with new copies of gravity form and event expresso to install but the admin area completely breaks and you can’t save anything anymore. Its like the database breaks away from admin and nothing in admin can be saved or none of the page links actually work anymore.
An error has potentially occured while attempting to update some of the information in your database. Please contact Event Espresso Customer Service so that they may look further into this matter and ensure that all data is correct
Can you outline the steps to take to reproduce this? Which order were the plugins installed? How were they installed (FTP or via the WP plugin uploader?) At which point do the errors start (after activation, and which of the two plugins is when the errors start?) I have a new site WP site installed with Event Espresso and Gravity forms and everything is running okay so I’m unsure how to reproduce this.
Also, is this a new site or is there existing Event Espresso data on it from Event Espresso being installed earlier? If there was an earlier version of Event Espresso installed, which version(s)?
Thanks so much for getting back. This is happening on two clients sites now. I can’t get you the exact steps just yet however were trying to get this now for you. I do have logins of the sites though if you can take a look? or do you guys not work this way.
Are these new installations or older installations of Event Espresso.
