Google reCAPTCHA migration to Google Cloud Platform

I just got the email from Google about migrating our reCAPTCHA account to the Google Cloud Platform. I’m having trouble getting the credentials for that migrated reCAPTCHA to work with EE4. Any advice? I’ve turned off reCAPTCHA for now to allow people to register.
