This only affects one of our venues and I can’t figure out why. Can you possibly have a look at our website (without mentioning it online) and check it out? We just turned Google maps off for now. It’s venue no. 2874.
I’m assuming I have the correct venue (a hotel in London).
If so I added the base address to Google maps and it showed fine. I added the base address to an EE installation and the map was the same.
Without knowing what your instance of the map was showing or how the details are set up in the venue, it is quite hard to diagnose.
