Going From Free License To Personal License

I started with the free license which I have installed on my wordpress website right now. I’ve already been using if for a few weeks and so I have events created and people already signed up for them. I have also customized the look of a few things. I want to integrate with Mailchimp so I purchased the Personal License.

My question now is how to I upgrade on my WordPress site from the free license to the paid Personal License without losing the events that i have created and the customizations I have done?

The events are stored in the database in the same tables in the paid version as in the free version, and remain untouched when you deactivate, so the events should carry over without any problems.
