We have an event with a date of today at 5:45pm. This is the first time having an issue with the reminders. They are due to go out 1 day before the event. Where can we start to investigate this? I have today updated to the latest version of EE in the hope that it will fix this. 5.0.23.p The prior version was 5.0.20.p |

Hi Riaz, Can you please go to Event Espresso > messages > There you can check if the message was generated at the time mentioned above. That might be possible if the message was in the queue and triggered at the time of updating the plugin. |

Hey Sam, thanks for replying. What I should have written was that I went to Event Espresso > Messages and looked up the users reporting the error and can see in the log that the corresponding times they received emails match the log. This lead me to then go and update the plugin because we have never had this behaviour happen with any other event. This all occurred before updating the plugin. How do I investigate from here. I am using this |

Thanks for updating the plugin, it would be easier to create the issue if were using the same version. Lets observe what happen on this version. btw, Did that happen to all your customer or is it specifically for your one user? did it happen to all event? or just one? Did your customer complained about it?
Can you also check if the 7 sent messages are all the same. thanks |

Hey Rio, I have a replicated environment with the previous version of the plugin still available if you want to check something. The biggest problem is that if I enable the plugin the emails are going to be sent again which will be an even bigger issue than we have had already. Is there a way to get the emails to queue and not send automatically to help with debugging? Yes definitely complaints. Basically an email every 3 hours saying the exact same information (already explained in my first message that they are all the same email). It was not the Date Time version but the regular automatic reminder. You get those 2 message types when you activate the plugin. It happened to every customer who was registered for this single event. No other events were due to send a reminder. This was a single datetime event. |

Hi Riaz, Can you please share the login details of the staging site where we can check the issue: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ Also, please share a direct link to the event with the issue. Looking forward to helping you. |
