We’re getting the following error message when customers are attempting to make a purchase on our site.

The class file EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Attendee_Information could not be located or is not readable due to file permissions. Please ensure that the following filepath(s) are correct:
/home2/coretwo1/public_html/adminawards/dallas/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/single_page_checkout/inc/EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Attendee_Information.class.php EE_Registry – _load – 497

We have WP 4.3.1
PHP version 5.4.43
Event Espresso version 4.8.7.p

WP address adminawards.com/dallas

Please let me know how i can resolve this error

Hello, this looks like it may be a permissions error or there is a problem with the file.

Was Event Espresso installed manually through an SFTP or FTP client like FileZilla or Cyberduck?

If not, then you likely installed through your WP dashboard.

Could you check with your web host to see if they have made any recent changes to the file permissions on your site? Once that is resolved, then you can upgrade to the current version of Event Espresso 4:
