Hello,

The first link is Event Espresso 3 and the second link is Event Espresso 4. The registration flow for the platforms are different as in Event Espresso 4, the ticket selector initiates the start of a registration and then the contact information along with a payment is collected (if applicable) during registration checkout.

On the errors, I tried to check into those for you but there is a maintenance page appearing.

Could you grab a screenshot of the error (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots)?

Or could you copy and paste the error here in a reply?

Thanks

Lorenzo
