Hi there,

Can you post the error that is being thrown?

If you check the servers error logs can you see any errors from EE there?

EE4 works very differently to EE3.

The above error usually means you are using the ‘old’ style links from EE3, they would look something like:

http://domain.com/event-registration/?ee=9950

That won’t work in EE4, you need to link to the event itself using the slug, same way you do with ‘posts’.

Can you link me to where you are getting the error on the site please?

This is the link where I’m getting error Error Page

See the end of the url has ?ee=9918

Those links don’t work with EE4, where is that link from?

can you also explain me how new method that works in EE4

The above link doesn’t load for me, and I can’t load your site to give you an example as its timing out.

Can you check if theres an issue with the server?

You don’t pass the ID and you can’t link directly to the registration page.

You go to the event page, for example:

https://rexzetsolutions.com/wordpress2/events/basic-marine-first-aid-cpr-aed-level-c-1194/

And view the ticket selector on that page, which should show like this:

https://eventespresso.com/features/ticket-selector/

Then submit your ticket selection there, from that EE will pull the information need and display the registration page for you.

There’s a lot of debugging information being output currently, which I assume is expected?

As mentioned about, with EE4 you can’t.

The user needs to select tickets using the ticket selector and submit them to then view the registration form, you can not link directly to the form like you would in EE3.

can i able to do Registration without this plugin
https://eventespresso.com/features/ticket-selector/
or it is necessary to use this plugin

It’s not actually a plugin, but the core function of EE4. The ticket selector is how you select tickets, submit and progress to the next step (the registration form)

To use EE4 you must use the ticket selector feature.

As for this link: https://rexzetsolutions.com/wordpress2/signupforacourse/blended-standard-first-aid-cpraed/

How are those tables populated currently? It looks like the EE3 custom template add-on.

we don’t have multiple type of tickets in our event . we only have one type of ticket in each event of every course.
and
https://eventespresso.com/features/ticket-selector/
is for multiple ticket selector. so i think we don’t need this functionality. I just want user will automatically register when he will click on event.
As you said

It’s not actually a plugin, but the core function of EE4.

then why it is not in core Plugin why it is in add-on.
I found somewhere this shortcode

[ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=35817]

and i used it in https://rexzetsolutions.com/wordpress2/test11/ and with help of this i m able to see the event details of mentioned event id but there is no option of Registration.

The ticket selector is not jusdt for multiple ticket selections, but it does allow for them. To register onto any event, regardless of the ticket options, you need the ticket selector.

then why it is not in core Plugin why it is in add-on.

Can I ask where it shows as an add-on? I’d like to change that so its clearer.

The ticket selector is not an add-on, its built into core and you don’t need anything additional to use it.

and i used it in https://rexzetsolutions.com/wordpress2/test11/ and with help of this i m able to see the event details of mentioned event id but there is no option of Registration.

Ok, so can you edit this event:

https://rexzetsolutions.com/wordpress2/events/cpraed-recertification-level-c-or-hcp-1583/?

Within the options of the event you’ll find the setting ‘Display Ticket Selector?’

Is that set to Yes? – http://take.ms/vDYz6
